What We Offer

Gait Training

Gait training is a safe, feasible, and effective intervention to improve walking ability.  We work with children on the underlying skills required for walking and on the actual skill of walking to enable them to be as independent in their ambulation as they can be.

Neuromuscular Re-education

Neuromuscular Re-education focuses on working with children to gain or regain proper use of muscles that are not working in the most effective manner.

Metronome

An interactive metronome is a brain-based rehabilitation program developed to directly improve sensory processing for children. The program works by providing auditory, visual, and tactile feedback to help children learn to process information more accurately.

Orthotics Fit/Training

Orthotics can offer numerous benefits to your child’s health, include increased mobility, improved joint alignment, correction of atypical walking patterns, protection and support of your child’s bones and muscles

Balance Training

Balance refers to the capacity to control body position while performing a task or activity. It encompasses both static and dynamic balance. Static balance involves maintaining a static position with control, while dynamic balance involves maintaining balance during movement activities.

Electrical Stimulation

When a child participates regularly in an electrical stimulation program, it may help speed recovery of the muscles that are being treated. Electrical stimulation can help build muscle strength and endurance, manage and minimize pain, and improve blood circulation
